“Kochi” is a prefecture name located Shikoku island, south part of Japan, and “Ke” means “home/house” in Japanese.
So “Kochi-ke” signify you are part of Kochi Family.
Kochi prefectural governor announced “Kochi Prefecture is just one large family.” Is defined as a catchphrase, we likened the whole Kochi Prefecture as “Kochi house” and people who are related / interested in Kochi, also part of “Kochi-ke”.
